The Architecture of the supreme court is shaped by our decision to Design the courtrooms as a unique shape. This approach governs the internal layout of the building by separating the public space from the private quarters that are occupied by the judges.

The new building of the supreme court in Nicosia is the result of an architectural competition and it includes 13 courtrooms, 18 offices for judges, support offices, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, a library, cafeteria, and an underground parking area.

During the construction period, a medieval gravestone was found which led to the need for re-designing so as to include the discoveries of the archaeological excavation.

The work was completed in May 2005 with a total cost of 8.500.000  Cyprus pounds.
