The project consists of three houses complex in a prime location in Engomi, in the popular area of Montparnasse.

Each house has 3 bedrooms plus a maid’s room and measures 310 m2 of Internal Covered Area plus 66m2 basement and a backyard veranda with a barbecue area approximately 100m2.

The orientation of the house takes advantage of the winter sun while limiting exposure to the summer sun occupying a magnificent position where spectacular views continue into the distance that only a few houses enjoy.
