Our decision to introduce a second skin to the building facade defines the Architecture of the project and determines its unique character. This shell has openings in his surface for better bioclimatic conditions and protection from solar radiation. It allows for natural lighting natural ventilation but also for the desirable unobstructed views to the wider region.
